Deleting a care-organization

This video tutorial will show you how to delete an organization. To follow the instructions in this tutorial you need to make sure that the following requirements are fulfilled:

• you have a company admin account in the Smila cloud
• you have participated in a official Smila training
• you have untied all relations between caregivers, patients and the respective organization

Step-by-Step instructions:

1. Login to the cloud with your credentials.
2. Choose Administrative, select Organizations.
3. Mark the organization you want to delete.
4. Click on Delete in order to delete the chosen organization.
5. Confirm your choice with Yes, delete it.
6. Finalize the process by clicking on OK.

Attention:

When deleting an organization all (sub-)departments are deleted as well.
