This video tutorial will show you how to choose channels for the alerts that are sent to a caregiver. To follow the instructions in this tutorial you need to make sure that the following requirements are fulfilled:
- you have a caregiver or company admin account in the Smila cloud
- you have participated in a official Smila training
Step-by-Step instructions:
- Login to the cloud with your credentials.
- Choose Administrative, select Caregivers.
- Mark the caregiver you want to choose the alerting channels for.
- Click Edit.
- In the appearing details view, scroll down until you are able to see the different "Notification channels".
- Select one or more channels for the caregiver's alerts.
- Finalize the process clicking on Save/Update.
