Dropping pouches remotely

This video tutorial will show you how to remotely drop pouches at your care-clients' devices. To follow the instructions in this tutorial you need to make sure that the following requirements are fulfilled:

• you have a caregiver or company admin account in the Smila cloud
• you have participated in a official Smila training
• one or more pouches are already marked as missed in the cloud

Step-by-Step instructions:

1. Login to the cloud with your credentials.
2. At the Monitoring page, choose the patient you want to drop medication for.
3. A tabel with all "Missed On Hold Pouches" appears.
4. Click on the "Pouch ID" of the pouch you want to drop.
5. Click on Drop in order to drop the chosen pouch.
6. The appearing "Data was sent" messages indicates that the pouch was dropped successfully.
