The devices overview, also called Devices, displays all important information on the current device status for each device belonging to your company. It provides information on the device status, battery charge status and the connection to the cloud.
Device Status
- Green: Everything OK.
- Yellow: Restricted functionality. However, the device is still able to dispense medications. One example of this status is that the device is in battery operation.
- Red: Malfunction of the device. The device is not able to dispense medications. However, red is also displayed when the device is switched off.
Battery Status
- Green: The device is plugged in.
- Yellow: The device is in battery mode. This doesn't affect any of the devices functionalities.
- Red: The device is switched off. In this state, no dispensing is possible anymore.
Connection
- Online: The devices has a connection to the cloud.
- Offline: There is currently no connection to the cloud.
