How can I clean the Smila?

You can clean the outside of the housing with every household cleaning agents or disinfecting tissues.

Please do not use the following:

• aggressive chemicals or abrasive products
• sourcing powder or the like
• any sharp cleaning materials or implements

Always disconnect the equipment from the power supply before proceeding with cleaning and disinfection operations in order to avoid electrical shocks. Avoid the seepage of water and liquids because it can cause short-circuits or corrosion of metallic parts. 

Please note that only personnel trained in the management of cleaning and disinfection of medical devices is authorized to clean the inside of the Smila device.
