In some cases, you might experience an issue with video calls with your care-client, where your client is only shown a white screen instead of your video and/or is not receiving any audio.
Most likely, you will find the solution in allowing the Smila system to use your devices camera and microphone when establishing the call. You will be prompted to give the Smila system the rights to use those and when you accept that request, everything should work just fine.
