In very unlikely cases, pouches could be cut open that have been dispensed by Smila. In those cases, our support will already have informed you about the malfunction and instructed you to visit the affected care-client.
It is of utmost importance that once you have arrived at the affected care-clients device, you proceed to check the device for possibly fallen out medication. Also, we would advise you to ask your care-client for possible deviances from his/her regular pouch content.
