In some cases, Smila is not able to find the barcode of a pouch and is therefore not able to dispense the medication as expected. That issue can be the consequence of e.g very crumbled pouches or a bad printing quality on the pouch.
In this case, you need to eject the roll via the authorized user menu of Smila and afterwards re-insert the roll into the device also via the authorized user menu.
